08.10.2010 13:49:31 Nksagar-Sagar Media - New Delhi: Most of the Projects and Infrastructure companies when approached for their products were not even entertained on the pretext of decisions which remained till last latent portal for the influential to tread the path.Various Neo projects companies ought to show case their products but special paths makes the business difficult.
(live-PR.com) - Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit put square blame on multiplicity of authority for delays and other problems in the run-up to Commonwealth Games, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has said there should have been a single command at the Central government level to ensure proper coordination among those involved.
She said lack of coordination posed a "huge problem" and projects
were delayed because of procedural issues and clearances for the mega sporting event that began on October three.
"With this huge diversity and multiplicity of authority in Delhi, everything had to be coalesced before a decision could be taken. So we were racing against time, racing to meet the objectives or whatever it may be, to bring everybody on board, even if it is construction of a road or making a flyover," she told PTI in an interview.
But for projects matter pertaining to Delhi she is focal authority and for anything of games infrastructure it was the ministers concern with OC CWG Chair. With such massive construction in place in Delhi but you will still find the technocrats short of their instruments and even the technical staff may not carry their respective tools. What a Pity on the state of affairs.
