Home Minister P. Chidambaram told Rajya Sabha that the home grown terror groups are inspired by outside but are totally Indian.
He was replying to a short duration discussion on growing incidents of terror attacks in the country with reference to 13th July, 2011 Mumbai terror attacks.
He said that all indications in the July 13th serial bomb blasts in Mumbai show involvement of some Indian module but there was no conclusion yet.
The Home Minister said that the government is putting in place an architecture that will involve strengthening intelligence gathering, sharing and other counter terrorism steps.
