Studying politics since 1965 when Indira Gandhi used to deliver speech for 15 minutes would sweep the elections and Jan Sanghleaders would give 2-3 hours Lectures would lose all Lok Sabha seats. ‘JS is Traders, Moneylenders and Exploiters Party’ was her universal tag line. Present Government works for even fewer Ambani & Adanionly is the reality today.
What is missing from the 3 day event was that all non BJP parties including its allies like TDP, BJD or third front AITC or SP etc have Similar Agenda would cut INC votes, are better organized locally, repeatedly push Congress to Third or Fourth spot in vote share in states.
INC Partial success in Gujarat was to due bulk of opposition lettingCongress Fight on its Own in Gujarat. Had INC aligned with likeminded in Gujarat and other states Congress could have been ruling in most States and not lost 2014 elections?
During Indira or Nehru era there was practically direct contest – most of the 25 or so Regional Parties except SAD or DMK and Communists were founded after 1977 when Congress lost for first time against Entire Opposition. Rahul Gandhi could have invited likeminded Opposition Parties as observers.
Rahul Ganghi is again CONFUSED ON POLLS ARITHMETIC whether to Fight 2018 State Elections or 2019 General Elections alone or in alliance. AAP latest to enter politics completely swept away Congress in Lok Sabha indirectly, Delhi Assembly directly.
I rate Politics of Rahul Poor – When Indira Gandhi was absolute leader – United Opposition used to Target Mainly Sanjay Gandhi. At 84th Plenary Session Congress Targeted only PM as if rest of the Cabinet Ministers are doing well. Even Lion Pride in wild would prefer Calf than Cow for kill.
Crippled Industry, Irrigation, Railways, Agriculture, Food Processing, IPR, Exports, Real Estate, High Cost of Power, Trade, Floods, Moneylenders, Unviable Projects, Regional Imbalance in Development, Education & Healthcare, Bungling in PDS etc were not fully exposed – Stock Market may be up but profits and dividends had dwindled and Banks are in deep stress - missed out INTERNATION WATER RESOURCE Development.
Fake Einstein since 2000 Jairam Ramesh derailed Rural Development and since 1985 Bogus Inventor SAM Pitroda who FOOLED or Misled Congress are still in business.
Rahul Gandhi could not Find Any BETTER IDEA than present government – merely telling people it will not repeat Demonetization will not swing votes in INC favor.
