Press Announcement of Women March 4 Change Program on April 4, 2019
On the 4th of April, 2019 marches are being organised at hundreds of places across India under the Banner औरतें उट्ठी नहीं तोज़ुल्म बढ़ता जाएगा, Women March 4 Change. Women are marching together to reject the current environment of hate and violence and to claim their constitutional rights as citizens of a democratic republic. Marches are being organised at hundreds of places in 20 states in India.
In Delhi, the March will start from Mandi House at 11.30 am and will culminate at JantarMantar where a program will be held. AisiTaisi Democracy, Maya Rao and various other groups and artists will be performing at JantarMantar.
