Partnership Request | Media Partner | MoRTH and IRSC | ICSM'19

Dear Sir,

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome your representatives for coverage of our annual event International Conference on Safer Mobility '19 under the theme of 'A Road to Safe India' held on 30th & 31st May, 2019 at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

ICSM '19 is organised in collaboration with Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) and United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). The event is expected to attract over 500 delegates with tentative keynote speakers- Shri Sanjeev Ranjan, Secretary, MoRTH; Shri Abhay Damle, Joint Secretary, MoRTH; Shri Anil Srivastav, Principal Adviser, Niti Aayog; Shri Taj Hassan, Special Commissioner, Delhi Traffic Police for the 2 Days long conference and they would be throwing light on the government's approach towards Vision Zero and how the entire ecosystem can join the Government and support it in building a Safer India.

Our organization, Indian Road Safety Campaign, an initiative under Solve (a 12A/80G not for profit trust formed by the students and alumni of IIT Delhi) is actively trying to create solutions that lead to better road conditions across the country. It's not just a safety sign, it is also the solution that leads to prevention.
 
To make sure our efforts reach maximum effectiveness, we need the backing of the entire community.
 
And that’s why we’re writing to you!

The main purpose of this coverage will be to work towards the cause and improve the scenario of road safety in India.  It is a perfect opportunity to showcase your interest in the field, commitment to development, and hence IRSC, SOLVE invites Sagar Media Inc to be our official Media Partner for our event International Conference on Safer Mobility '19. 

It is therefore requested that invitation from Indian Road Safety Campaign may please be accepted for providing coverage to our annual conference for Print media as well as Digital media. All Support will be tax exempted and can be counted as CSR as per section 135 of the act and rules issued there-under.
