Rahul Gandhi,Congress heir apparent,a MP and General Secretary of congress Party heading two wings India Youth congress and NSUI has requested finance minister P Chidambaram ‘dedicate’ the 2008 budget to the ‘youth of country’.Two prime Youth organisation IYC and NSUI are demanding better sports infrastructure before of the Commonwealth games, government incentives for mixed marriages, a simplified process for educational loans, more jobs for urban educated youth outside the scope of NREGA, more training facilities in the form of additional IITs other institutes, and plan outlay in spending on education in the budget on 29 Feb 2008,the last budget as the nation will go for General election next year.
