Nicolas Sarkozy visit ISRO India

Defence, nuclear power and sustainable development will dominate the agenda of talks between the Indian leaders and the visiting French President Nicolas Sarkozy who reaches Bangalore this morning.In his four-day visit to India, Sarkozy will accompanied by his wife Carla Bruni, seven of his key ministers and a business delegation.
He has landed in Bangalore Sarkozy is scheduled to visit headquarters of the Indian Space Research Organisation and exchange views with the scientists there. ISRO sources said the President, during his visit to the Centre, will be briefed about the activities of ISRO and its Space programme with France. At a separate function, the French Minister for Higher Education and Research Valerie Pecresse would inaugurate the French Consulate in Bangalore, its fourth in India. AIR correspondent reports about the pacts likely to be signed during the visit.
He will visit the Taj Mahal in Agra with his wife and will reach Delhi tomorrow evening. French President will hold delegation level talks with Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on various issues on Monday.
