UP Assembly passes 'Proposal for State Split' by voice vote.

Nksagar-Sagar Media Inc;Maya played her triumph card well.Mayawati Chief Minister of UP tabled and got through her resolution passed by voice vote in UP Assembly the 'Proposal for splitting the state in four parts".
.Maya CM of UP thus ends the session after getting the vote on account the fiscal bill for the year passed.
Speaker asked to table the resolution and Maya herself came out and  tabled the resolution for PROPOSAL UP Assembly its  proposal for splitting the state in four parts by voice vote,namely are Harit Pradesh,Central UP,Poorvanchal,and Bundelkhand..

Briefing the media Mayawati said,"As the house begin today at 11.AM the opposition disrupted the proceeding and  UP assembly passed the Vote on account and  proposal for splitting the state for which the minute of the assembly resolution will be sent to the centre.".She has blamed the opposition for not running the house and her split the state is not a political gimmick.Maya adjourned the house sine-a die within ten minutes.Our government is not a minority government and the opposition is sabotaging the proposal of split UP and is responsible for the adjournment of the house and they are collectively working for their political mileage.

Both Houses of the Uttar Pradesh legislature were adjourned on Monday amidst noisy scenes by the Opposition members, even as the SP moved a no-confidence motion against the state govt.

 In the Legislative Assembly, BJP members jumped into the well, while SP MLAs raised slogans and displayed placards demanding dismissal of the BSP government immediately after the proceedings of the house started at 11 am following which Speaker Sukdeo Rajbhar adjourned the house till 12.30 pm.

Deputy leader of SP Legislative Party Ambika Chaudhary said the party has moved no-confidence motion against the government.He said that it was unfortunate that the Chief Minister was not present in the House on the first day of the winter session.

CLP leader Pramod Tiwari said the party would support no-confidence motion if given by any party other than BJP. He said the Congress would have brought the motion if it would have adequate number.
Parliamentary affairs minister Lalji Verma, however, said the government was very well in majority.
Proceedings were adjourned in the Legislative Council also amidst pandemonium by the opposition members, who were demanding presence of former cabinet minister Babu Singh Kushwaha in the House.

Kushwaha, a BSP member of the Legislative Council, had sparked controversy by writing a letter to Chief Minister Mayawati alleging threat to his life from his party colleagues and some bureaucrats.
