Founder of WikiLeaks Julian Assange told that the details of the Swiss Accounts of Indian and Pakistani personalities would be made public next year. Julian Assange, who is under house arrest in London, stated this while addressing an Indian newspaper’s seminar on video conferencing. He said the situation in both countries would improve with appearance of details of their Swiss accounts and some ‘elites’ would find no place to hide themselves.
When asked if names of Indians holding Swiss accounts will be revealed in the coming year, he said, "yes".
Information about such accounts "which will affect India" will be revealed in the coming year, he said.
Australian whistle-blower said governments in some countries are "sucking out" data from e-mails and internet transactions and passing on this "economic intelligence" to companies like Walmart.He said that he had proofs that the Chinese intelligence had been sucking out information from CBI emails.
