Anna has not been able to travel to the five poll bound states due to his ill health. As soon he gets well, he will start his travel. Till
then, he has issued his message through a video CD, which will be shown at all public meetings and also would be widely circulated. In
this video, he has appealed to the public to ask every party whether they would enact Uttarakhand type of Lokayukta, if they won? He has
also said that till he got well, he was asking his team to travel to the states and take his message to the people. The video can be seen
