Jammu and Kashmir, the death toll has risen to 20 in avalanche hit Bandipora and Ganderbal. Heavy snowfall hampered the rescue operations. According to Defence spokesperson, massive avalanche hit two army posts in central and northern parts of the valley on Wednesday. AIR correspondent reports that three soldiers are still missing following the mishap.
