Congress and BJP close shave margin Uttrakhand

Congress and BJP in Uttrakhand is neck to neck fight and results are treading through bumpy and  up-down graph with both  branded parties find their voters total commitment. Former and current CM has razor thin votes difference in their lead.

Chief Minister BC Khanduri is frugally behind SS Negi of Congress from Kotdwar seat.
In last election  BJP runs the state with thin majority the strength of 36 members followed by Congress with 20, BSP (8) and UKD (3) while there are three Independents.
