Delhi the capital of India has in the name of press,The messengers,advertisers,part hoppers,free lance journalist with hardly any talk of the subject but indulge in mud slinging on each other.There are thousands of small and medium newspapers but their welfare, regularizing their affairs or their streamlining is difficult,the government needs to encourage these media   players with proper task.
