Obama: US, South Korea, Japan unified

Japan's Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda and US President Barack Obama  called on North Korea to refrain from further provocative acts.Two leaders spoke to reporters in Washington on Monday.
Japan's Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda said he expects North Korea to continue its provocations. He said the North has previously tested nuclear weapons soon after a missile launch.He also said he and Obama will seek help from China, traditionally a key ally of North Korea.

Obama said further provocations would bring tougher sanctions and North Korea would be isolated diplomatically, politically and commercially.He said the US, South Korea, Japan and other countries in the region are unified in their determination that the North should not benefit from provocations.

The two leaders discussed China. Noda said Japan and the US need strategic dialogue with the country.
Obama said China has to abide by international laws, rules and norms as it continues its growth.
