Entry Policy: The show is for trade visitors only, and proof of trade status is required for entry. No children under the age of 18 are permitted entry. Student groups are admitted on 15 December 2012 (Friday) only, must be arranged in advance and accompanied by a faculty member. Entry from either Gate 7 or 8.
Terms & Conditions of Admission
- Only the following badge holders will be permitted entry into India Telecom: pre-registered visitors, visitors who register on the day, exhibitors, VIP, Buyer, Organiser, Media, Delegate, Sponsor, Speaker and Special Invitee badge holders. The Contractor and Service badge holder will only be permitted in exhibition halls on construction days.
- Visitors should be involved in or have some connection, or interest in ICT, Railway, Shipping, Aviation, Defence and the associated industries.
- Badges are non-transferable. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Failure to do so is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from India Telecom floor.
- Anyone obtaining India Telecom 2012 visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave Organisers and Security Staff.
- Anyone attending Exhibition or conference should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving license, identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organiser, which the Organiser may ask to verify.
- No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend Exhibition or Conference except for students who may enter the exhibition but must be accompanied by a faculty member or letter by Dean of their institute.
- Anyone attending India Telecom must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behavior or any activity which may disrupt the exhibition or conference.
- The Organiser reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from India Telecom who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules.
- Anyone wish to change badge category, please go to the Registration desk with the original data of the registered professional.
