Government to enact anti fixing law :Kapil Sibal

Kapil Sibal the Union law Minister briefing the media said ,the Union government has the jurisdiction to enact new laws against fixing .We need to look the issue of fixing and law against any unfair practice in sports events.The millions of sports fan do need fresh legislation for their interest in sports do not diminish.  First frame of law will be put against unlawful practices .
  Government tough stand on fixing thus to bring ani fixing laws for all sports or game.
Kapil said  we can't let the fans down for unfair practices in sports events.
Union government has therefore steps in to curb fixing and new laws will be out within 2-3 days.
The Kapil Sibal hurriedly called media briefing is seen as enabling efforts to curb dishonest practices in sports which is experienced in current IPL 6 where important players and organizers relations ,friends involved in twisting the course  or changing the results of the game.
Law will be such so as to encompass the dishonest practices like match fixing,sport fixing in national and international event and the players can involve in this dishonest practice either with gestures or with high technology at his disposal so the law will have the holistic view on the subject.

 Kapil Sibal said the Government considers bringing a new broad based law to deal with corporates, bookies and players and the new law will apply to all kinds of sports.
The government is all set to bring a new legislation to deal with unfair practices in sports.
Law minister Kapil Sibal today informed that the new law will be put in place against all kind of corrupt activities in sports.
The law will be as broad as possible and will include spectators, players, administrators and everyone involved in the sports .
Sibal also said that it was unfortunate that even after mulling over it for 10 years, the government could not bring any national legislation to deal with unfair practices in sports.
But the Central government now wants to take a strong action in this regard.
