Exploring the connection between peace and power the screening of Manu MallikarjunⳊnew documentary film
New Delhi, 3rd August 2012:ࠄelhi saw a healthy intellectual debate take place last Saturday over the screening of Manu MallikarjunⳠnew documentary film 㐥ace and Power. ManuⳠfilm on the interplay between international politics and peace is the fruit of over six years of travel across 4 continents researching for the project.
The night started with a short speech by Manu thanking his father, Late Dr. Mallikarjun (Former Defence Minister of State) for his constant encouragement and support, followed by a screening of the documentary. The narrative for the documentary revolves around the perspectives of people from all walks of life including politicians, diplomats and economists, from the US, Hungary, India, Israel, Colombia,d their take on the fine balance between contemporary politics and its implication for peace.

Srinivas Chari - Mahabubnagar Congress Marketing Committee Chairman, Gurunath Reddy - 4 time MLA (Kodangal),Ghulam Mustafa Ali, Executive Member, Jamiat Ulama-I-Hind, AP ( and former wakf complex chairman, Mahabubnagar)༯span>- former Chairman, wakf board, Mahabubnagar, S.Prakash - Former District Congress Committee President (Mahabubnagar),Ranga Rao - former Zilla Parishad floor leader, Mahabubnagar and many other thought leaders and luminaries in the fields of international relations, political science, social development and other related fields all of whom left with something to think about as they went home that evening.
