Kerry: Myanmar was "incomplete"

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry noted that the reforms in Myanmar was "incomplete" while addressing a youth forum on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit on Wednesday.
"I think what is happening in Myanmar is very exciting, but it is incomplete," Kerry said during a meeting with students in Brunei.
"We have to see that the political transformation continues. Our hope is that the democracy will continue to evolve," he added.
Kerry and Sein met for a bilateral discussion on Thursday morning where they pledged to increase bilateral cooperation. Myanmar is also the U.S. representative at ASEAN.
