Ajai Shankar Memorial Awards for the Best Display Stand Six Product Categories : EPCH

Greater Noida – February 20, 2014 – The prestigious Ajai Shankar Memorial Awards  for the best display stand were given in six product categories for Indian Handicrafts & Gifts Fair-Spring 2014.

The six  product categories under which the awards were given included Houseware Decorative & Gifts, Home Textiles, Furnishings & Floor Coverings,  Fashion Jewellery, Accessories & Bags, Christmas Decorations, Candles & Incense Sticks, Furniture & Home Accessories andLamps & Lighting Products.

The Ajai Shankar Memorial Awards were instituted in the memory of late Mr. Ajai Shankar, former Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) who was one of the major motivators for establishing this fair.

Ajai Shankar Memorial Award for the Best Display Stand in the category of Houseware, Decorative & Gifts was received by Mr. Rahul Bhardwaj of M/s R.R. Overseas from Moradabad.

The Ajai Shankar Memorial Award for the Best Display Stand in the category of Home Furnishings, Textiles & Floor Coverings was received by Mr. Murari Lashkery of Pawan Enterprises  from Jaipur.

The Ajai Shankar Memorial Award for the Best Display Stand in the category of Fashion Jewellery & Accessories and Bags was received by Mr. Rakesh Daing of M/s Elcorp Pvt. Ltd., from New Delhi.

The Ajai Shankar Memorial Award for the Best Display Stand in the category of Christmas, Decorations, Candles & Incense Sticks was received by Mr. George Mark Swaroop of Lata Enterprises from  Moradabad.

The Ajai Shankar Memorial Award for the Best Display Stand in the category of Furniture & Home Accessories was received by Mr. Jaswant Meel of Hastkala from Jaipur.

The Ajai Shankar Memorial Award for the Best Display Stand in the category of Lamps 7 lighting Products was received by Mr. Anoop Shankhdhar of DBA Export India Pvt. Ltd., from Moradabad.
