Harsh Rajput enters Zee TV’s Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke

20082014

Playing a role very different from anything he has attempted before, the talented young actorHarsh Rajput enters Zee TV’s popular show Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke. He has been roped in to essay the role of KT’s (Piyush Sahdev) younger brother. In the upcoming episodes, Kabir’s (Piyush Sahdev) family comprising his mother, maasi and younger brother will enter to add a twist to the Kabir-Rachana (Mahima Makwana) love story.

Harsh will be seen playing an extremely complex character, that of a mentally challenged boy who is 22 year old but has the mental development of a child. Though the boy would appear normal, his childish behavior would come to the fore the moment he would start talking. Excited to portray a difficult, challenging role, Harsh shares his excitement “I feel as an actor one needs to test one’s calibre by opting for varied roles, quite different from each other. I didn’t think twice before accepting the role of the mentally challenged boy Bittu as one rarely gets such an opportunity on the small screen.”

He further adds “I am trying to add my own touch to the character as I didn’t want to take any references from any other actor which will invariably look like a copy. It’s not easy to portray such a complex character but I am putting my best foot forward to make it look more natural without being over the top. Am looking forward to the audience’s reaction.. I hope they like my performance!”

In the story ahead, KT’s mother and maasi will get into his life exactly at the point where Rachana’s parents would get convinced about the KT-Rachana marriage and reveal a negative side, thus creating hindrances in their love story. With an agenda of her own, KT’s mother will try every trick to separate KT & Rachna.

Will Bittu’s (Harsh Rajput) entry in the show as the mentally challenged younger brother of KT bring an unexpected twist & turn in KT & Rachna’s life…Will the lovers finally unite after facing numerous hurdles and misunderstandings or does fate have another surprise in store for the couple?

Stay tuned to Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke every Monday-Friday 7:30pm only on Zee TV
