Surbhi Jyoti to play a Con Woman in Zee TV’s Qubool Hai

Surbhi Jyoti, has won hearts of both critics and the viewers alike with her impeccable performance as Zoya and her successful transition to playing Zoya’s daughter Sanam post the 20 year leap on Zee TV’s popular show Qubool Hai. The talented actor is once again gearing up to surprise the audience with her acting prowess as she will soon be seen in an exciting double role in the show, that of Sanam’s twin sister Seher- a con woman! Surbhi will don an all-new glamorous avatar and a killer attitude, thus adding an altogether new dimension to this character! With every character springing one surprise after another, Seher’s entry will lead to unimaginable twists & turns that will keep the audience on the edge of their seats!
A complete departure from her previous characters and looks as Zoya and Sanam, Surbhi will wow everyone as Seher with her never-before-seen stylish, mysterious con woman look…All set to amaze the viewers, Seher makes a smashing entry in the show dressed as an old lady with a wig and protruding teeth, as she is shown conning somebody! A master of disguise, Seher’s revelation as Sanam’s twin sister and the two of them coming face to face will be an interesting watch for viewers.
As per the track of the show, Seher, an identical twin sister of Sanam, was separated from her family during the Qayamat Ki Raat when the evil Tanveer (Amrapali Gupta) massacred Asad’s family. Granny Dilshad (Shalini Kapoor) ran off with two of the kids to save them from the clutches of Tanveer, not realizing that she didn’t have Seher with her. All alone in life, Seher was raised in an orphanage unlike Sanam who still had the love and affection of her grandmother Dilshad and cousin Haya (Surbhi Chandna). Though Seher has been brought up in a completely different set up, she has the same effervescence and positive attitude towards life as her mother Zoya. On the other hand, having lived in foster homes very early in her life, Seher has learnt to fend for herself and take life head on without complaining & living it to the fullest.
Surbhi who has essayed both the characters of Zoya & Sanam with equal ease is thrilled to bits by this development as she feels that the viewers will be pleasantly surprised with the emergence of Seher on the show.
