Case Filed Against Ram Gopal Verma

           Viveck ShettyyManaging Director, Indus communications and Head of Media Cell, CGSI (Consumer Guidance Society of India) has filed case against Ram Gopal Verma in the Metropolitian Megistrate’s Court at Andheri, In context of his obscene comments and observations against Lord Ganesha on twitter.
          Speaking on the occasion, Viveck Shettyy stated “Ram Gopal Verma’s comments are deliberate and malicious and clearly intended to outrage religious feelings and thereby constitutes an offence under the Indian penal code.” He further appealed to all Lord Ganesha devotees, within and outside film industry to boycott all films by Ram Gopal Verma as a mark of protest.
          “This time we will pursue the case to its logical conclusion”, says a determined Viveck Shettyy. He further expresses the hope that a large number of Ganesha  devotees across the country raise their voice and express their concern against Ram Gopal Verma for his insolence.
