India will seek extradition of Jagtar Singh Tara, the killer of former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh from Thailand. Reacting to the arrest of Jagtar Singh Tara by Thai Police, External Affairs Ministry spokesman Syed Akbaruddin told AIR that Indian mission in Bangkok is in touch with authorities there. He said, New Delhi will follow the case and all those who have committed heinous crimes in India will be pursued wherever they are.
