US House votes to repeal Obamacare again, White House threatens veto
The US House of Representatives has once again voted to repeal and eventually replace the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. In a 239-186 vote, the chamber approved the measure and sent it to the Senate for consideration, where Democrats are expected to block the legislation. If it somehow garners enough votes to break a filibuster, the White House has promised to veto the bill. Notably, the House bill also creates a committee charged with creating a replacement to Obamacare, something Republicans have struggled to do so far.
