than civilian counterparts. OROP and VC Support to Defense Officers
shall ATTRACT BEST TALENT IN INDIA AND FILL UP VACANCIES WITH BEST
OFFICERS.

Fact is Defense Officers ‘Undergo Training & Practice Through Out
Their Service Life’ therefore acquire All The Skills to Launch
Successful Military Operations: –

    This involves LOGISTICS,

    Manage Entire Distribution Of Supplies, Food, Civil & Military,

    Carry Out Maintenance of Equipments Whenever Required,

    Engage in Engineering Services, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical,
Electronics & Wireless Engineering – Housing, Workshops, Factories and
All Services.

Perform All Operations in Perfect Discipline.

But when they retire at age 35 to 52 year – 8-25 Years earlier than

    Maintain Plant & Machinery & All Hardware in Perfect Working Order,

    Are Best Skilled in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Electronics and
Wireless technologies and Services for All Housing To Infra Ventures.

DEFENSE OFFICERS’ VENTURE FUND Rs.1.6 Lakh Cr

    DOVF be allocated to Retiring and Retired Officers in 50%-50% Ratio.
Amount to be sanctioned be linked to Rank & Skills. Housing Venture
With Partners May Get Rs.10 Crores and For Food Storage to Individual
May Be Rs.20 Lakh enough to take up Rs.100 Crore Hosing Project and
Rs.1 Crore Silo Storage Project.

    DOVF preferably be given to Officers who already Have Own Land.

    DOVF Shall Create TWO CRORE JOBS Double than Corp India.
