Currently, Google provides free Wi-Fi access in Mountain View, its headquarters in Silicon Valley. Microsoft, Google, Qualcomm, Facebook, Tesla and Cisco have promised to back Modi’s Digital India in meaningful ways, but those will mean long-term gains for India.
