I am writing to invite you to join us at the First BRICS Trade Fair to be held from October 12- 14, 2016 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

 

Being organised in the run up to the BRICS Political Summit, the BRICS Trade Fair is going to be the most prestigious and the largest platform for Indian companies to meet and network with counterpart businesses from Brazil, Russia, China and South Africa. The BRICS Trade Fair was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a special initiative from India to foster business connects amongst companies from the five countries.

 

By joining at the BRICS Trade Fair, you will be able to:

 

·        Meet and network with CEOs from the top companies from Brazil, Russia, China and South Africa, who will be visiting India.

·        Plan and have one to one business meetings with the decision makers from companies across sectors.

·       Interact with Investment Promotion Agencies and Export Promotion Agencies from BRICS and learn about the potential projects available across BRICS countries.

·       Witness some of the leading technologies / solutions on offer from innovator companies across BRICS countries.

·       Discuss about financing frameworks and trade instruments available from the Export Import Banks and Export Credit Agencies of the BRICS countries.

·       Participate in workshops / seminars on investment opportunities in sectors across BRICS countries at theBRICS investors lounge.

 

Please also note that as a major outreach effort, we have also extended invites to CEOs of companies and leaders of business associations from BIMSTEC countries which include Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, Thailand, Nepal and Sri Lanka to come and join at the BRICS Trade Fair. There will be opportunities for you and your colleagues to engage with members of these delegations as well and discuss business opportunities.

 

I therefore urge you to come forward and participate at the BRICS Trade Fair.
