A 5.3 magnitude earthquake has hit 53km southwest of the city of Jahrom in Iran's southern Fars Province, with a depth of 10km, USGS reported. At least four Afghan laborers were killed in the quake, Reuters reports, citing Iranian media. “Four Afghans living and working on a farm were killed... (in) Saifabad village near the town of Khonj,” state TV reports.
