(Biking Queen is a record breaking campaign of 40 women riders such as professionals, house wife & students on Motorcycle (with gear), for the cause “SHASHAKTA NARI SHASHKTA BHARAT”, riding within the various Indian States, such as Maharashtra, U.P., Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir etc. Starting from Surat & completed 10,000+km.)

REGULATE DERAS TO PREVENT PHYSICAL EXPLOITATION OF RESIDENTS

It was states duty to Prevent ‘EXPLOITATION OF WOMAN and MEN’ engaged in DERAs.
But ‘Hundreds of Girls and Woman’ were Physically Exploited – Raped on daily basis in Rotation, over ‘400 Men were Castrated’ – at just one DERA.
DERAs have ‘Expanded Manifold this Century’ – DERA at Sirsa alone has ‘Crores of Followers’ and have started ‘Commercial Activities & Manufacturing Also.’
When Registered Companies pay Income Tax, Corporate Tax & GST – 33%, 25% and 28%-40% respectively – these DERAs are fully exempt from paying and Taxes and – Engage Staff on Little Or No Wages for 16-18 hour duty.
Majority of Indians May Be Under Some DERA Influence & Control.
DERAs Run ‘Parallel Government’ Follow No State Rule & Regulation
People Engaged in DERAs Are in Physical, Mind, Economic Bondage.
Their ‘PRIVACY’ is Controlled – Can’t Freely Communicate With Friends & Family Outside & Are Watched Round The Clock, Live in Shared Rooms than Independent Homes for themselves and their Children, Share Same Foods, – Next-Gen also need protection.
GoI should introduce DERA Act to Regulate DERA activities, Ensure Every DERA Staff Enjoys ‘PRIVACY & FREEDOM’ as We All Indians.
DERA Act should cover –
1. Staff Freedom to ‘Communicate’ with outside world, Access Broadband, News, 2. Limited hour of Work, 3. Free Entry & Exit for All Staff – Apply Factory Act, 4. Girls & Woman in DERAs to Work & Visit in Daylight Hours, 5. Residence Complex outside DERA control – Free to meet Family & Friends, 6. Register Employee & Woman & Children Welfare Associations, 7. Register FACTORIES move them out of DERA and Collect Taxes like any other, 8. CCTV monitoring of Complex, 9. Approve Building Plan without ‘Gufa or Secret Chambers’. 10. Staff to have Bank Accounts, AADHAR CARD etc.

When couple of journalists of Tehelka can ‘Unravel the entire Criminal History of Serial Rapist’ ‘Carryout Sting Operations & Connect with Eyewitnesses’ in several stories and five years earlier a small newspaper published the ‘Letter Exposing Rapes in Dera Sacha Sauda’ who was killed few days later.
How is that Haryana Police Officers & Khattar Government Fail Every Time?
Indian Upper Judiciary and Indian Press functioned flawlessly but Haryana Police & Khattar Led Government was always Fumbling.
There was No Problem in Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal, Rajasthan & Delhi.

GoI should make laws to ‘Regulate Deras’ – No Under 21 Woman allowed to Stay at Deras after Daylight Hours.
All GUESTS staying for Night Must be registered like Hotels & Lodges.
All Employees of Deras should be Housed outside Dera Boundary where they are free from Dera Control – and not in Bondage of Dera.
