The Blast was so sever that people in the neighborhood called the police after the explosions shook houses and knocked people down, a report said.
South Wales Police are in attendance with emergency service colleagues from fire and rescue and the ambulance service at an incident at Tata Steelworks, Port Talbot in Wales.
