Owner of a cyber cafe in J&K detained

Wednesday's powerful blast ripped through a crowd at Gate No5 Delhi high CourtPolice in J&K detained the owner of a cyber cafe in connection with Wednesday's bomb attack in the capital, Delhi.An email reportedly sent by the radical group Harkat-ul Jihad al-Islami (Huji) claiming it planted the bomb has been traced to the cyber cafe. Further on Police in Jammu &Kashmir detained two men today in connection with a bomb attack outside New Delhi's High Court, queuing to enter the court complex at distance of within 3 KM from the President House. Prime Minister acknowledged systemic "weaknesses" in domestic security.The death toll from the bomb blast has risen to 12 following the death of an injured man. Seventy-six others are injured.NIA director general S.C. Sinha said they were taking the supposed HuJI e-mail claim seriously but added that it would be "very premature" to confirm who was behind the bombing.
"We have some leads but it is too early to say which group is behind it," Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh told reporters on his plane as he returned late Wednesday from an official visit to Bangladesh.

"There are obviously unresolved problems and weaknesses in our system and the terrorists are taking advantage of that," Dr Singh said.
