Hisham Qandil has formed a new Cabinet

Prime Minister Hisham Qandil has formed a new Cabinet. According to state television, the finance and foreign ministers from the outgoing Cabinet will retain their posts in the new cabinet.

The Nile News channel said, Qandil was meeting with the ministers, including Foreign Minister Mohammed Kamel Amr and Finance Minister Mumtaz al-Said, a day before he was to formally unveil the Cabinet tomorrow.The report said, the Prime Minister selected Ahmed Gamal al-Din, a former deputy interior minister, as his new interior minister.
