Putt Pirates and Classic Ambush take first day honours

3rd Oct, 2012. New Delhi: Putt Pirates gang who have remained as one of the favourites in all editions of  Touche Golf League, shot into lead yet again. They scored a team total of 509 to take the day one lead of Bangalore round at Eagleton Golf Club while Classic Ambush Gang took the lead simultaneously in the Delhi round at Classic Golf Resort today.

Bangalore – Putt Pirates gang’s individual best was shot by Sundar C as he fired a round of 76 to help his team to finish on top while Pin High Aces was second after shooting a nett score of 526. Two shots behind was SHM gang who finished third while Different Strokes Gang hit a team total of 541 to take the fourth position.

Delhi - On the first day of North zone leg, leader Classic Ambush gang was at its best as they shot a total nett score of 485 while Eagle Shooters fired a team total of 520 to finish as second. Levitate Flyers deposited their cards of 525 to take the third place while Golf Addicts were two shots behind as fourth with a total score of 527.
