April exports grows at 1.68%


India’s exports for the month of April 2013 stands at USD 24.16 billion as compared to USD 23.76 billion in April 2012 registering a growth of 1.68%. During April 2013, the imports were USD 41.95 billion as compared to USD 37.81 billion in April 2012, registering a growth of 10.96%. The balance of trade stands at around USD (-) 17.78 billion during April 2013 as compared to USD (-) 14.04 billion for April 2012.
