National Anti Doping Agency, NADA has given clean chit to wrestler Narsingh Yadav to participate in Rio Olympics beginning 5th of this month.
The NADA disciplinary panel has exonerated Yadav from charges of violating anti doping rules of NADA.
Speaking to media in New Delhi, Director General, NADA Navin Agarwal said the wrestler is a victim of sabotage done by a competitor and there is no fault and negligence on Narsingh Yadav's part.
Mr Agarwal said panel is of the opinion that one time ingestion by Yadav was not within his knowledge.
Later speaking to media, Narsingh Yadav said, he is very happy and looking forward to winning a medal in the Olympics. He thanked public, media and everyone who supported him and stood by the truth.
